We use mid-ounce selvedge denim that has good dyeability and a shiny, faded look.
This denim is sanforized ( preshrunk ) and has minimal shrinkage.

ABOUT DENIM
The basic tone is warp unevenness (rope dyeing) using raw Zimbabwean cotton .
Warp #7 / weft #6.5, woven with slow tension on an old power loom (shuttle loom)
Made from 13.5oz selvedge indigo denim.
Sanforized (preshrunk processing).
