ABOUT HAND PRINT
``Hand-printing'' is a traditional manufacturing method in which each piece is carefully printed by hand by skilled craftsmen using a silk screen printing plate.
One plate is made and printed for each color,
The pattern is formed by layering them.
Each color is printed once, so when the number of colors increases, it is a time-consuming process where the same area is printed over and over again.
This design uses ten colors, and by changing the plate one color at a time and applying the colors ten times back and forth, it creates a deep and interesting expression.
Once the printing is complete, it is steamed to bring out the color.
After that, wash it once with water and dry it.
Normally cylinder drying is used, but in order to preserve the soft texture, we dry it in the sun.
