In addition to the irregular two-piece sleeves and needle-stitched buckle details, the final stitches are made using a Singer black sewing machine.
The rolled seams are carefully sewn using UNION SPECIAL's vintage sewing machine, giving it a unique feel from this era.

We use mid-ounce selvedge denim that has good dyeability and a shiny, faded look.
This denim is sanforized ( preshrunk ) and has minimal shrinkage.
Olive herringbone twill is used for the inner pocket.

ABOUT DENIM
The basic tone is warp unevenness (rope dyeing) using raw Zimbabwean cotton .
Warp #7 / weft #6.5, woven with slow tension on an old power loom (shuttle loom)
Made from 13.5oz selvedge indigo denim.
Sanforized (preshrunk processing).
